Experiencing a Hidden Influence

Posted by:

DID YOU EVER THINK THAT A WORK CAME THROUGH YOU AND NOT FROM YOU?

That kind of open surrender to a greater grace of expression can be so thrilling. There are “serendipitus” aspects that take place as we are doing our art work, which when recognised can lead one to a dance of creation between the work and self.
The generous freer strokes of a brush can offer in their variance something unintended. Step back and allow your eye to be guide, as with the recognition of the face that appears in a cloud, so that those areas may reveal their gold to you. They provide a surprising answer to every artistic question within a work.
