Is painting, making art, the process of recreating myself?
Does the medium suggest my need for smoother,
more gentle self appreciation, as I brush slick colorful paint?
Do I search deeper as I model, mold and handle the clay?
Digging into the clay am I molding, handling my own soul?

As I work with my materials on the latest series of paintings, I notice something, that life in the micro reflects life in the macro.
