Its a journey..trying out a resemblance of the works of others, those we admire, maybe wish to be like, we, as students of art in our youth.

Similar to the influences of later more accumulated self-aware expressions: music, art, beautiful language, as well as the bad things that may happen and seek a safe expression for our grief. we are influenced.

its O.K. if there is tension in creation

I have noticed in my own work and in my life that there is a natural tension toward the completion of things. I liken it to taking a rubberband, aiming at the goal, and drawing back. The moment before release,(completion), is the greatest point of tension. I see it as the life of the project, of the power of creation in it.
