Its So Wonderful… to take what one would think of as time away from artistic efforts, to discover that visions and ideas virtually drop in for a visit.
Illustrating the Image; Im doing the everyday necessities, clearing the table preping for a new project, then out of the blue, like a bolt of lightening… a vision, a solution, a full blown idea comes crashing into my thoughts!

I enjoy the playful imagining of new places. The dream place we hope for before we arrive.
Not the usual, we crave the unusual, it pushes us, makes us new, we grow, its uncomfortable, then its familiar and we start again.

Illustrating is pure joy!
The diversity and intention of the different writers is so varied that it always allows an adventure for me. I enrole in the characters feelings. Its very much, to me, like acting. I have the delightful experience of “living out” the story as if it were a movie. I take the camera of my imagination, seeing the scenes from ground level or treetops.
